It is submitted for the information of the Hon'ble Court that the instant matter has been filed against the Judgment and Order dated 03.09.2015 of the High Court of Delhi at New Delhi in Writ Petition(C) Nos. 153/2013, 4932/2012, 6286/2013, 5418/2012, 5620/2012, 8040/2012 & 520/2013.

It is further submitted that SLP(C) No. 12393/2013 arising out of similar issue was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 26.07.2013 when the court was pleased to direct issue of notice. Copy of order dated 26.07.2013 is enclosed herewith.

It is further submitted that as per letter of undertaking dated 10.12.2015, counsel for the petitioner has on 23.12.2015 filed additional documents and the same has been placed with SLP paper books.

It is further submitted that Mr. Deepak Goel, Advocate has on 05.01.2016 filed application for permission to file additional documents (regd. as I.A. Nos. 1-7) and the same has been placed with SLP paper books.

The matter alongwith applications above-mentioned is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this Office Report.
