The learned single Judge seized of the connected matters is requested to await the final decision of this Court in those connected petitions.
List the transferred case [arising out of SB Civil Writ Petition (C) No.11978/2022] and SLP (C) No. 24118/2022 alongwith SLP (C) No.13802/2021 and other connected matters on 23.02.2023.
Learned counsel for the parties are requested to file brief synopsis with appropriate cross references.
In the meanwhile, the State shall not proceed to finalize the promotions.
The Registry of the Rajasthan High Court shall transmit the records of the case transferred, within a week.
