The matters abovementioned were liseted before the Hon'ble Court on 09.07.2012, when the Court was pleased to pass the following order:

"Issue notice on applications seeking condonation of delay as well as in the Special Leave Petitions."

Accordingly show cause notice was issued to both the respondents on 23.08.2012 through Regd. AD post. Ms. Aishwarya Bhati, Advocate has filed vakalatnama/memo of appearance and Counter Affidavit on behalf of both the respondents.

However it may be mentioned that Counsel for the respondent has forwarded a copy of letter dated 24022014 (Copy Enclosed)addressed to Counsel for the petitioner's stating therein that respondent No.2 viz Karan Singh was died on 02121996. Copy of the death certificate and letter are enclosed. Counsel for the petitioner has filed a letter dated 13032014 (Copy Enclosed) with reference to letter dated 24022014 stating therein that Mr. Karan Singh is not in the array of parties, respondent No.2 in the array of parties is security officer of Respondent No.1 and is very well covered within the authority of Respondent No.1. Now Counsel for the respondent No.1 has filed Vakalatnama and memo of appearance on behalf of Respondent No. 2 viz Gajendra Singh Presently working as security officer under the authority of Respondent No.1.
