SECTION XV
Heard counsel for the applicants and considered the averments made in the applications. It is pleaded why the applicants, being the legal representatives of the deceased appellant (who has passed away on 24.04.2022) could not approach this Court earlier with the instant applications.
Cause shown is sufficient. Delay is condoned; and abatement stands set aside.
Office is directed to bring on record the applicants as substituted appellants.
These applications for substitution, condonation of delay and setting aside abatement stand allowed.
The office objection insofar as non-obtaining of the NOC by the applicants from the Advocate-on-Record engaged by the deceased appellant shall be ignored.
