UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following ORDER
The Learned counsel for the common sole respondent has stated that the petitioner has not provided the copies of the pleadings to him. The learned counsel for petitioner is directed to provide the copies of the pleadings to the learned counsel for respondent Signature Not Verified within a weeks' time and file proof. The respondent shall file The Counter Affidavit within a period of four weeks, thereafter.
The office report states that the learned counsel for the petitioner has filed an application for direction in SLP(C) No. 13590/2014 which is defective. The learned counsel shall rectify the defects whatever have been found in the said application within a period of three weeks.
List again on 13.1.2015.
