UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following ORDER

petitioner (wife) seeks transfer of the case $\mathbf{f}$ or The Restitution of Conjugal Rights filed by the respondent (husband), pending in the Court at Anantapuram, Andhra Pradesh to a competent court at Karnataka.

Mr. Sharanagouda Patil, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner faced harassment in the matrimonial home and had to shift to her parental home $\mathbf{in}$ Karnataka. She is a house-wife and is entirely dependent on her parents.

Respondent is projected to be working in a reputed company with handsome salary.
