"Among seven respondents herein, service of respondent Nos.1, 3 and 5 is complete. None has entered appearance except for respondent No.3. A letter has been received mentioning that Deogarh has now been divided in three different Tehsils and the impugned matter falls within the jurisdiction of Tehsildar Barkote instead of Tehsildar Deogarh, respondent No.3, requesting to change the name. Petitioner to take appropriate steps, if the cause title needs to be amended and to get the fresh notice issued.

List again on 24.11.2015."

It is submitted for the information of the Ld. Registrar that no one has entered appearance on behalf of Respondent Nos. 1, 3 and 5 so far. Neither A.D. cards nor unserved covers containing show cause notices have been received back from Respondent Nos. 2, 4, 6 and 7 so far.

It is further submitted that Counsel for the petitioners has not clarified to amend the cause title in respect of Respondent No. 3 so far.

Service of the show cause notice is not complete on Respondent Nos. 2, 4, 6 and 7.

The matter above mentioned is listed before the Ld. Registrar with this office report.
