Having heard Shri R. Venkataramani, learned Attorney Weral for India, assisted by Ms. Madhavi Divan, learned ASG,
appearing on behalf of the Union of India and Shri Rana Mukherjee,

learned Senior Advocate appearing on behalf of the defendant and without treating the contents in the application as admitted by the defendant and subject to filing the counter affidavit, the present application is allowed.
So far as the main matter is concerned, looking to the controversy involved in the suit, we once again reiterate and request the learned Attorney General to use his good offices and see to it that the dispute is resolved amicably between the Union of India and the State of Tripura. All sincere efforts shall be made by both the parties to find out an amicable solution.
Let the parties sit together in the office of the learned Attorney General, at the first instance.
