UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

As per the specific directions contained in the order dated 07.09.2018 of this Hon'ble Court, the matter has been placed today for admission/denial of the documents. As per the aforesaid order of the Hon'ble Court, parties were also permitted to file any other document before 27.09.2018 i.e. till today.

However, there is a joint request from the Ld. Counsel for both the sides. They have expressed their inability to do the admission/denial of the documents today on the ground that several Simmy Revant documents are still to be filed by them which are old and $\mathbf{p}$ e-independence era. They both also claim that they are unable to admit/deny documents for want of complete and clear instructions.

They have also stated that they would move appropriate application immediately seeking necessary direction in this regard from the Hon'ble Court.

It has been impressed upon to both the sides that they may atleast admit or deny the documents already on record but they have reiterated their request and they express inability to do the same. Their such statements are taken on record.

List again on 05.10.2018 for awaiting directions, if any, from the Hon'ble Court.
