UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

SLP (C) No.2844/2021

• 1 Issue notice.
• 2 Mr C S Vaidyanathan, learned Senior Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners, states that he will file a compilation of documents, inter alia, containing both the judgments on the basis of which the preliminary decree was passed as well as the final decree.
• 3 A comprehensive list of dates shall also be circulated with a common compilation in the matter.
• 4 Mr Kailash Vasdev, learned Senior Counsel, accepts notice on behalf of the respondent.
• 5 Counter affidavit shall be filed within a period of four weeks from today.

• 6 Rejoinder, if any, shall be filed within a period of three weeks thereafter.
• 7 List the Special Leave Petition on 26 April 2021.
• 8 Till the next date of listing, no coercive steps shall be taken against the petitioners on the basis of the contempt proceedings which have been initiated in the High Court.
