Respondent No. 1 is granted four weeks time as last opportunities for filing counter affidavit.

It is submitted that Office Report on Default was noted for listing before the Hon'ble Judge in Chamber on 5th October, 2016. The counsel for the petitioner has on 17th October, 2016 filed a letter in these matters requesting therein that he may be issued with Dasti Notice for service on unserved respondents in all the above matters.

SLP (C) No. 589 of 2016

It is submitted that respondent no. 1 has not filed counter affidavit so far. No one has filed vakalatnama / appearance in respect of sole respondent so far.

The Office Report in the matters above mentioned are listed before the Ld. Registrar Court.
