It is submitted for the information of the Hon'ble Court that the instant matter has been filed against the Judgment and Order dated 28.02.2017 of the High Court of Gauhati at Guwahati in W.P. (C) No. 2634 of 2016 alongwith application for exemption from filing official English translation & seeking permission to bring on record subsequent events and documents (registered as I.A. Nos. 1 & 2 respectively) and the same have been included in SLP paper books.

The matter above-mentioned was mentioned before the Hon'ble Court on 21.04.2017, when the Court was pleased to pass the following Order:-

"Tag with SLP (C)....CC No. 8020/2017."

It is further submitted that as directed above, the instant matter has been tagged with CC No. 8020 of 2017 and the same is listed before the Hon'ble Court on 24.04.2017 in Court No. 4, Item No. 25.

SLP (C) CC NO. 8620 OF 2017

It is submitted for the information of the Hon'ble Court that the instant matter has been filed against the Judgment and Order dated 28.02.2017 of the High Court of Gauhati at Guwahati in W.P. (C) No. 2634 of 2016 alongwith application for permission to file SLP (registered as I.A. No. 1-3) & exemption from filing certified copy of the Impugned Order (unregistered) and the same have been included in SLP paper books.

It is further submitted that counsel for the petitioner was required to file copy of order dated 17.03.2016. In this regard, he has given a letter dated 20.04.2017 and the same is being enclosed herewith.

It is submitted for the information of the Hon'ble Court that the instant matter has been filed against the Judgment and Order dated 28.02.2017 of the High Court of Gauhati at Guwahati in W.P. (C) No. 2634 of 2016 alongwith application for permission to file SLP (registered as I.A. No. 1) & exemption from filing certified copy of the Impugned Order (unregistered) and the same have been included in SLP paper books.

It is further submitted that counsel for the petitioner was required to file copy of order dated 17.03.2016. In this regard, he has given a letter dated 20.04.2017 and the same has been placed at Page No. 163 in SLP paper-books.

It is submitted for the information of the Hon'ble Court that the instant matter has been filed against the Judgment and Order dated 28.02.2017 of the High Court of Gauhati at Guwahati in W.P. (C) No. 2634 of 2016 alongwith application for permission to file SLP (registered as I.A. No. 1) & exemption from filing certified copy of the Impugned Order (unregistered) and the same have been included in SLP paper books.

It is further submitted that counsel for the petitioner was required to file copy of order dated 17.03.2016. In this regard, he has given a letter dated 21.04.2017 and the same has been placed at Page No. 160 in SLP paper-books.

It is further submitted that CC No. 8020 of 2017 arising out of same judgment is pending before the Hon'ble Court and the said is noted for listing before the Hon'ble Court on 24.04.2017.

It is further submitted that WP (C) No. 562/2012 arising out of similar issue was listed before the Hon'ble court on 19.04.2017, when the Court was pleased to direct to list the matter on 08.05.2017 at 2.00 P.M. for further directions. Copy of Order dated 19.04.2017 is enclosed herewith.

It is further submitted that these matters have been tagged with SLP (C) CC Nos. 8020 of 2017 as all are arising out of same judgment.

The matter alongwith application above-mentioned is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this Office Report.
