Mr. Ranjit Kumar, learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the an order was passed on 08.07.2021 reinstating the petitioner as Vice Chancellor, Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Kakinada and the Contempt Petition has become infructuous.
