UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
- 1 Mr Shyam Divan, learned senior counsel appearing on behalf of the fifth respondent, states that a reply has been prepared. All the learned counsel have agreed with the suggestion of Mr Divan that having regard to the urgency, the Court may take up the matter tomorrow (18.09.2020).
- 2 We accordingly request the Registry to obtain the administrative directions of the Hon'ble the Chief Justice of India so that if possible, the Bench can assemble through video conferencing tomorrow (18.09.2020) at 12 noon.
- 3 In the event that for any reason the Bench cannot be constituted tomorrow for administrative reasons, the further hearing shall take place on 21 September 2020, the next available date of sitting of the Bench.
