UPON hearing the counsel, the Court made the following ORDER

Ld. Counsel for the petitioner submits that they intend to withdraw the defective application for substituted service and Signame_Monty veffer a fresh application as they have been notified that $\frac{1}{\sqrt{2}}$ 16.49.3815<br>Reasor Spondent no.1059 has died. The submission is taken on record and time of two weeks is granted for doing the needful.

Ld. counsel for the petitioner is also granted four weeks' time as final opportunity to take appropriate steps in respect of deceased respondent no.1059.

Respondent nos.1 to 8 are granted four weeks time for filing counter affidavit.
