UPON hearing the counsel, the Court made the following ORDER

Ld. Counsel for the petitioner submits that they intend to withdraw the defective application for substituted service and Signame_Monty veffer a fresh application as they have been notified that $\frac{1}{\sqrt{2}}$ 16.49.3815<br>Reasor Spondent no.1059 has died. The submission is taken on record and time of two weeks is granted for doing the needful.
