UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following 0 R D F R
Upon expressing reservations in entertaining the our application for permission to file special leave petition and entertaining this petition against the interim order passed by the High Court dated 06.02.2023 when the petitioners were not a party Some property the High Court, learned senior counsel for the petitioners 14.26 Submits that the petitioners shall stand advised not to proceed with this petition but to take recourse to appropriate remedies in

accordance with law, including moving of an appropriate impleadment application as also the stay vacate application before the High Court; and with such liberty for the petitioners and further seeking observations for expeditious proceedings by the High Court, seeks permission to withdraw.
Taking note of the submissions made, the petitioners are permitted to withdraw and, accordingly, the application for permission to file special leave petition as also the special leave petition stand dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioners to take recourse to appropriate remedies in accordance with law, including moving of appropriate application(s) before the High Court.
We hope and trust that the prayer of the petitioners for expeditious proceedings shall be given due consideration by the High Court.
