UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

Four weeks time, is granted to respondent no.1 to file counter affidavit.

Service is complete on respondent nos.2, 6, 11 and 12, but none has entered appearance.

Service is not complete on respondent nos.3 to 5, 7 to 10, 13 and 14. However, Ld. Counsel for the petitioner submits that he does not wishes to retain the said respondents and will be filing application for deletion in this regard. Necessary application be filed. Two weeks time, is granted for the said purpose.

If the same is filed, process the said application for listing before the Hon'ble Judge-in-Chambers, for kind consideration.

If not filed, list again on 30.08.2024.
