UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
In deference to the observation made by the Court, learned counsel for the Maharashtra State Election Commission, in all fairness, submits that the State Election Commission will commence the process forthwith in respect of areas/districts which may not be affected by monsoon and even if after notification, if the situation so warrants, the schedule can be modulated appropriately district-wise and local body-wise.
In view of the above, nothing more is required to be said in this application and the same is disposed of. Pending applications, if any, stand disposed of.
