Counter affidavit filed on behalf of sole respondent is defective. However Mr. Pranav Sarthi, Adv. has filed a letter stating therein that the defects of small font and dim impression may be exempted subject to order of the Hon'ble Court.
Ld. Counsel submits that these are the best copies available and seeking exemption to file other copies. The request is taken on record.
As per office report, Mr. Avinash B. Amarnath, Advocate has filed Counter Affidavit on behalf of respondent No.2 but the applicant was impleaded as Petitioner No 3 vide order dated 1.11.2023 and he has also filed Affidavit to the SLP but the same is defective.
Two weeks time, is granted to the Ld. Counsel to cure the defects.
List again on 6.8.2024.

As per service report received from the High Court service of notice is not effected upon sole respondent, as the office of the sole respondent is shifted and closed for last two years.
Hence, two weeks time, is granted to Ld. counsel for the petitioner, to take fresh steps and file fresh particulars, to issue notice to sole respondent.
