It is stated by Mr. Anil Kumar Jha, learned counsel, that the State Government has issued directions for absorption. With respect to payment, the learned counsel for the University has submitted that since the petitioner has worked in various institutions time to time, information was sought from them that has not been received. The petitioner was asked to file certain documents. The petitioner submits that he has already filed those documents. The documents be verified and needful be done.

It is stated by the learned counsel for the petitioners that in case all the incumbents recommended by the University have been rejected, this would be violation of Justice S.B.Sinha Report.
