The matter above mentioned was listed before the Ld. Registrar on 20.11.2015 when the following order was passed :

" SLP(C) No.9454/2015

Respondent Nos.12 and 17 to 19 have yet not been served. Petitioner has not taken steps for the purpose. Effective opportunities have already been granted. The Ld. Counsel has requested one week's time for the same. Allowed, however, as the last opportunity for the purpose.

Counter affidavit of respondent Nos.9, 11 and 15 is noticed having some defects. Defects be cured within two weeks. Remaining all the respondents have

already filed the counter affidavit.

Petitioner has failed to substitute the legal representatives of the deceased respondent No.1 on record. As per the request, two weeks' time, as last opportunity, is afforded for the purpose.

Service of respondent Nos.2 to 5 is complete but none has entered appearance. It is perused that this SLP has six respondents only. Therefore, the mention in the previous order dated 2.9.2015 directing the Registry to submit the status report with respect to respondent Nos.13 to 16 in this SLP is have to be an error apparent on record is rectified accordingly.

List again on 27.1.2016."

It is submitted that counsel for the petitioner has not taken fresh steps for service of notice on unserved Respondent Nos. 12 and 17 to 19.

It is again submitted that Counter Affidavit filed by Mr. Ashok Kumar Sharma, Advocate on behalf of Respondent Nos.9,11 & 15 is still defective for the reason that he has not served its copy on Mr. Abhinav Mukherji, counsel for Respondent Nos. 3,6,9 & 13.

Service of show cause notice is not complete on Respondent Nos. 12 and 17 to 19.

It is submitted that counsel for the petitioner has not taken steps to bring the LRs. of Respondent No. 1 on record so far.

It is further submitted that no one has filed Vakalatnama and Memo of Appearance on behalf of Respondent Nos. 2 to 5 despite completion of service.

The matters are listed before the Ld. Registrar's Court with this office report.
