It is submitted that the above mentioned Special Leave Petition is filed by Mr. R.C. Kohli, Advocate on 08.07.2016 against the Judgment and Order dated 10.12.2015 of the High Court of Punjab and Haryana at Chandigarh in RFA Nos. 1078, 1080, 1081, 1082, 1083, 1084, 1085, 1086, 1087, 1109, 2145, 2525 of 2014 (O & M) and impugned order dated 24.12.2015 in RFA No. 4616 of 2015 (O & M) alongwith application for permission to file

Special Leave Petition, exemption from filing certified copy of impugned order and deleting the proforma respondents from the array of parties.

It is further submitted that Counsel for petitioner has also filed an application for substitution of deceased Respondent No. 7 namely Med Singh RFA No.1083 of 2014 and Appellant No. 1 Rattan Singh in RFA No. 2145 of 2014 (O & M) which are barred by time by 6556 and 528 days and Counsel has also filed an application for condonation of delay in filing substitution application.

It is further submitted that Counsel for the petitioner has filed two applications for condonation of delay in filing the SLP and refiling the SLP (i) there are a delay of 121, 86, 92, 115 & 106 days in filing the SLP (ii) a delay of 2 days in refiling the SLP. There are a total delay of 123, 88, 94, 117 & 108 days in filing and refiling the SLP.

It is further submitted that notice in SLP (C) Nos.95829583 of 2016 Entitled Kamlesh Versus State of Haryana and Ors. Etc. arising out of common Judgment was directed on 06.05.2016 by Hon'ble Court. SLP is pending after notice (Copy of order dated 06.05.2016 is enclosed herewith).

The matter is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
