The Petition above-mentioned has been filed by Mr. D. S. Mahra, Advocate on 04.04.2016 against the Judgment and Order dated 25.08.2014 of the High Court of Punjab and Haryana at Chandigarh in LPA No. 1365 of 2014 (O & M).

It is submitted that counsel for the petitioner has filed application for condonation of delay in filing SLP which is barred by time by 481 days.

It is further submitted that the counsel for the petitioner has not filed the copy of order dated 21.12.2011 and he has given a letter dated 19.04.2016 in this regard. Copy of the same has already been included in the paper book at page No. 256.

It is also submitted for information of the Hon'ble Court that Special Leave Petition (Civil) No. 3386/2016 arising out of similar issue was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 01.02.2016, when the Hon'ble Court was pleased to dismiss the same. Copy of Record of Proceedings dated 01.02.2016 is enclosed herewith for the kind perusal of the Hon'ble Court.

It is lastly submitted that for information of the Hon'ble Court that SLP (C) No. 6484/2016 arising out of common order was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 26.02.2016, when the Hon'ble Court was pleased to dismiss the same. Copy of Record of Proceedings dated 26.02.2016 is enclosed for the kind perusal of the Hon'ble Court.

The matter above mentioned is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
