Service with respect to respondent Nos.2, 5, 8, 12, 17, 26, 31, 35 and 36 is complete but none has entered appearance. Service of respondent Nos.10, 13, 14, 15, 16, 18, 24, 25, 28 and 29 is still awaited.

Respondent No.32 has already filed the reply.

Counter affidavit on behalf of respondent Nos.3, 4, 6, 7, 11, 21, 22 and 23 has not been filed, despite it was the last opportunity for the purpose. Further opportunity is hereby declined.

Counter affidavit on behalf of respondent Nos.19 and 20 has also been filed.
