UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
Let these matters be listed on 27th April, 2017.
Mr. Vikas Singh, learned senior counsel appearing for the Medical Council of India fairly stated that the controversy that has arisen in this batch of petitions requires to be heard at length. He has prepared certain suggestions to meet the situation that has arisen in presaenti**.**
Mr. Kapil Sibal and Dr. Rajiv Dhawan, learned senior counsel appearing for the respondents shall peruse the suggestions and also may share their suggestions with Mr. Vikas Singh so that appropriate interim directions for the present year can be passed keeping in view the holistic perspective of the issue.
