It is submitted that there are 3 respondents in this matter. Mr. Ashok Kumar Sinha, Advocate has on 21.10.2016 filed vakalatnama on behalf of Respondent Nos. 1 and 2 but has not filed counter-affidavit so far. Counsel for the petitioner has on 09.01.2017 filed affidavit of dasti service duly served on respondent No. 3 but no one has entered appearance.

Service is complete on Respondent.

SLP (C) Nos. 18133 and 18136 of 2016:-

It is submitted that there are 1429 respondents in both the matters. Service is not complete on Respondent No. 1429 in both the matters.

The matters alongwith application above-mentioned are listed before the Hon'ble Court with this Office Report.
