The matter above-mentioned was listed before the Ld. Registrar on 22.09.2015, when he was pleased to pass the following order:
"Ld. counsel for the appellant shall file the statement of case within a period of 45 days and the Ld. counsel for the respondents shall file the same within a period of 35 days thereafter.
List the matter again on 08.12.2015."
It is submitted that pursuant to order quoted above counsel for both the parties have not filed their statement of case so far.

The matters above-mentioned were listed before the Hon'ble Court on 14.08.2015, when the court was pleased to pass the following order:
"Delay condoned. Issue notice. Till the next date of hearing, no coercive steps be taken for making Revenue recoveries against the Petitioners. To be heard along with SLP(C) No. 13021 of 2015."
It is submitted for the infomation of Ld. Registrar that in pursuance of the order quoted above, show cause notice was issued to all the four respondents through Regd. A.D. post on 2.9.2015. A.D. cards duly signed have been received back from Respondent Nos. 1 and 3 but no one has entered appearance on their
behalf so far. Neither A.D. cards nor unserved covers containing Show cause notices have been received back from Respondent Nos. 2 and 4 so far.
It is further submitted that Counsel for the petitioners has not filed the affidavit of valuation so far.
Service of show cause notice is not complete on Respondent Nos. 2 and 4.
SLP(C) No. 23685 of 2015
The matter above-mentioned was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 17.08.2015, when the court was pleased to pass the following order:
"Permission to file SLP is granted. Delay condoned. Issue notice. Tag along with SLP(C) No.13021 of 2015. Till the next date of hearing, no coercive steps be taken for making Revenue recoveries against the Petitioners."
It is submitted for the information of Ld. Registrar that in pursuance of the order quoted above, show cause notice was issued to all the three respondents through Regd. A.D. post on 2.9.2015. containing show cause notices have been received back from Respondent Nos. 1 to 3 so far.
