Issue Fresh notice to the unserved respondents through Registered post A.D.

Dasti service, in addition, is allowed.

Petitioner is permitted to serve the dasti notice through the concerned Trial Court or the nearest Civil Court. Petitioner has to disclose the details of such Court to the Registry within two weeks. Copy of this notice be forwarded to such Court with a specific direction to the Serving Officer to affix the notice at the given address, if the process server could not serve it in due course. List the matter on 12.11.2008.
