Ld.counsel for the respondent No.4 has stated that the copies of the pleadings have not been provided to him by the petitioner. Ld.counsel for the petitioner shall provide the copies of the pleadings to the above Ld.counsel within a week's time and file proof. Ld.counsel for the above respondent shall file the counter affidavit within a period of four weeks thereafter.

Service of notice is complete on the respondent Nos.2 & 3, but no one has entered appearance on their behalf.

Fresh steps for the service of notice by usual mode to the unserved respondent No.1 shall be taken by the Ld.counsel for the petitioner within a period of three weeks. Dasti in addition is permitted to be served through the Ld.Standing counsel representing the State of U.P.
