The matter above mentioned has been filed on 10th January, 2017 against the common impugned final Judgment and Order dated 22nd January, 2016 passed by the High Court of Madras, Madurai Bench at Madurai in W.P. No. 24842 of 2014 which is barred by time by 264 days.

It is further submitted that Counsel for the Petitioners has filed applications for permission to file Special Leave Petition.

It is submitted that Counsel for the Petitioners has filed application for permission to file Special Leave Petition as Petitioner was not a party before the High Court. Counsel has also filed application for condonation of delay in filing Special Leave Petition.

It is also submitted that C. A. No. 4351 of 2016 @ SLP(C) No. 11206 of 2016 @ SLP(C)....CC No. 7088 of 2016 entitled "Dr. K. Ragu and Ors" versus "Dr. N. Elumalai and Ors." arising out of common issue, was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 18th April, 2016, when the Court was pleased to grant leave in the matter. Copy of the order dated 18th April, 2016 is being circulated herewith.

The applications in the matter above mentioned are listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
