The petitioner, in terms of the earlier order dated 5^th March, 2025, has $\mathbf{1}$ deposited Rs.20,00,000/- (Rupees twenty lakh) with the Registry. Respondent

no.1 (secured creditor) is free to withdraw such amount with accrued interest $\mathbf{f}_{\mathbf{m}}^{\mathbf{m}}$ the Registry.

$\mathcal{L}$ The petitioner is directed to pay to the respondent no.1 a further sum of Rs.13,00,000/- (Rupees thirteen lakh), without prejudice to the rights and

contentions of the parties by 25th July, 2025.

3. Relist the special leave petition on 29th July, 2025.

4. Subject to deposit, as above, being made, the interim order passed earlier shall continue till the next date of hearing.
