UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

<span id="page-0-0"></span>1 Mr P Venkat Reddy, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners, submits that that the terms of GOMs 212 dated 22 April 1994 came up for consideration before this Court in A Manjula Bhasini v AP Women's Cooperative Finance Corporation Limited1 . respondents are not eligible in terms of the above GO to regularization. Moreover, he states that certain other proceedings are pending before this Court in regard to the said GOMs.

• 2 In order to enable the Court to consider the nature of the proceedings which are pending before this Court on GOMs 212 dated 22 April 1994, we direct that the petitioners shall file an affidavit within three weeks, disclosing the nature of the proceedings and the orders, if any, that have been passed. The petitioners shall also indicate the time period over which the respondents have worked.
• 3 In view of the pendency of the present proceedings, we direct that no coercive proceedings shall be adopted against the petitioners on the basis of the impugned judgment and order of the High Court for the State of Telangana dated 21 April 2020.
• 4 List the petition on 18 November 2020.
