The matter above mentioned was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 06.04.2015, when the Court was pleased to pass the following order:-

"Issue fresh notice.

It is submitted that pursuant to aforesaid order show cause notice returnable on 06.07.2015 was sent to the sole respondent on 21.04.2015 by registered AD. Neither AD card nor unserved cover containing notice has been received so far.

It is further submitted that in the meanwhile the sole respondent has sent a reply affidavit to the SLP by post received on 09.04.2015 wherein, as per para 6, he has expressed his inability to appear and defend his case due to financial constraints. The said affidavit has been included in SLP Paper books.

The matter above-mentioned is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this Office Report.
