It is submitted for the information of the Hon'ble Court that these matters have been filed against the Judgment and Orders dated 05.08.2014, 16.06.2014, 27.08.2014, 08.09.2014 and 28.05.2014 of the High Court of Himachal Pradesh at Shimla in CWP Nos.5096/2014, 2223/2014, 5695/2014, 6091/2014, and 2269/2014 are barred by time by 98, 157, 115, 111, and 181 days respectively.

It is further submitted that Special Leave to Petition(C) No. 7148/2015 arising out of similar issue was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 27.02.2015, when the Court was pleased to direct issue of notice. Copy of order dated 27.02.2015 is enclosed herewith.

It is further submitted that Civil Appeal No.9730/2011 referred to on Page No.D of the List of Dates was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 11.02.2014, when the Court was pleased to allow the same. Copy of Judgment dated 11.02.2014 is enclosed herewith.

It is further submitted the the matters above mentioned are arising out of similar issue and tagged all together.

It is Lastly submitted that counsel for the petitioner in all the matter has filed the undertaking documents and the same have been included in respective SLP Paper Books.

The matters alongwith applications above mentioned are listed before the Hon'ble Court with this Office Report.
