UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
- 1 Mr Sanjay R Hegde, senior counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner states that apart from the fact that the name of the petitioner's father and grand-father appear in the voter's list of 1966, the name of the petitioner also figures in the NRC.
- 2 Issue notice on the application for condonation of delay in filing the petition and on the Special Leave Petition, returnable in six weeks.
- 3 Dasti, in addition, is permitted.
- 4 No coercive steps shall be taken against the petitioner pending further orders.
