The matter above mentioned was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 17.10.2013, when the Court was pleased to pass the following order:

" Exemption from filing certified copy of the impugned judgment is allowed.

Permission to file the special leave petition is granted.

Issue notice on the application for condonation of delay, as also on the special leave petition.

There shall be stay of operation of the impugned order of the High Court.

Tag with S.L.P.(C) No.17715 of 2013.

Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to file the interlocutory application for making corrections in the special leave petition."

Accordingly, show cause notice was issued to all the nine respondents by registered A.D. Post on 29.11.2013. Respondent Nos. 5, 6, 7 & 10 have been served through Advocate. Respondent No. 8 has been served by registered A.D. Post but no one has entered appearance on its behalf so far. Neither A.D. cards nor unserved covers containing notice from Respondent nos. 14 & 9 have been received back so far.

Being service incomplete, the matter abovementioned was time and again listed before the Ld. Registrar's Court and lastly listed on 17.12.2014, when the following Order was passed:

" The Office Report is that although by Order dated 9.10.2014 of this Court three weeks time as last chance was given to the learned counsel for the petitioner for taking fresh steps for the service of notice to the unserved respondent Nos. 1 to 4 and 9, yet he has not done the needful so far. Viewed in that context, the matter shall be processed for listing before the Hon'ble Judge in Chambers for further future directions. Await orders. List thereafter."

It is submitted that Counsel for the petitioner has on 24.01.2015 filed spare copies of SLP to issue fresh show cause notice to unserved Respondent Nos. 1 to 4 & 9 but she has filed the copies after the Ld. Registrar's Order dated 17.12.2014 and she has not filed application for condonation of delay in filing spare copies.

The matter is listed before the Hon'ble Court (In Chambers) with this office report for directions.
