UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

1. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioners have been incarcerated for a period of more than 12 years and there is no likelihood of the appeal nor the application for suspension of sentence are being heard by the High Court in the near future, we are inclined to allow the application.

2. The petitioners are directed to be released on bail in connection with FIR No. 15/2011 registered at Police Station R.S. Pura at Jammu and Kashmir, on such terms and conditions as may be deemed fit and appropriate by the learned Trial Judge.

3. Needless to state that the High Court is requested to hear the appeal expeditiously and the petitioners would cooperate with expeditious disposal of the appeal.

4. The special leave petition is disposed of accordingly.

5. Pending applications, if any, stand disposed of.
