UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R After hearing the learned counsel for the parties, we are of the opinion that since there are various disputed facts and mixed questions of law and facts which are involved in the case, it would be appropriate to direct the decision of the suit itself on time bound basis, as agreed to by the learned counsel for the parties. Let Trial Court make an endeavour to decide the suit as far as possible within a period of one year from today. As agreed to, let status quo with respect to the property in question be maintained by the parties and also with regard to alienation or creation of charge, in addition, there to. The observations made by the Trial Court and the High Court shall not come in the way of the Trial Court to decide the matter finally. The Special Leave Petitions are disposed of,
