The Special Leave Petition above-mentioned has been filed against the Judgment and order dated 29th December, 2016 of the High Court of Judicature at Hyderabad for the State of Telangana and the State of Andhra Pradesh in CMA No.364 of 2016.

It is submitted to the Hon'ble Court that counsel for the petitioner has filed a letter dated 20th February, 2017 stating therein that copy of the Judgment/order/notification/award/Annexure/Gos letters dated 20.12.90, 21.07.03, 18.03.16 etc. are not filed along with SLP as the petitioner herein are not parties to those suits and filing of these documents is not necessary for the present SLP. It is also notified that the order in I.A. 2576/2015 in O.S. 496/2015 is dt 18.04.16 and there is typographical error made by the Trial Court in the grounds of Appeal and also stating therein that some Exhibits mentioned in the impugned Judgment which have not filed. The exhibits are not necessary for the present SLP. (A copy of said letter dated 20.02.2017 is included at Page Nos.489-490 of SLP paper books)

It is further submitted that SLP (C) Nos.19810-19811 of 2016 @ similar issue was disposed of by this Hon'ble Court on 25th July, 2016. (A copy of Record of proceedings dated 25th July, 2016 is enclosed herewith)

It is also further submitted that CA No.2445 of 2014 referred to a Annexure P-4 was allowed by this Hon'ble Court on 18th February, 2014. (A copy of order dated 18th February, 2014 annexed as Annexure P-4 at Page Nos.96-98 of SLP paper-books)

It is lastly submitted that Counsel for the Petitioner has on 13th April, 2017 filed Additional documents alongwith an application to bring on record Additional Documents with the leave of the Hon'ble Court. The same has been registered as I.A. No. 2 of 2017 and is being circulated herewith for kind perusal of the Hon'ble Court.

The matter is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
