It is further submitted that counsel for the petitioner has filed a letter dated 11.04.2015 stating therein that order dated 12.08.2013 is not required in view of the fact that on page no. 7, para no. 2 of the impugned order it is clearly stated that order dated 12.08.2013 is not challenged in W.P. No. 3796 of 2014. Apart from that it is group matter of 6 Special Leave Petitions and the said order dated 12.08.2013 is already on record in Special leave Petition Diary No. 11662 of 2015. (Copy of the letter dated 11.04.2015 is included at page no. 232 in paper books.)
