Respondent No.1 has already filed the counter affidavit.

Despite service of notice on respondent Nos.3, 4, 6 and Lrs. of Respondent Nos.7 to 9 and 16, there is no appearance on their behalf.

Respondent No.2 has been deleted vide order dated 11.12.2023 of the Hon'ble Judge in Chambers.

Four weeks time is granted to respondent No.22 to file the counter affidavit.

LR of Respondent No.5 is already on record as Petitioner No.2 and LR of Respondent No.12 is already on record as Respondent No.13.

Service of notice is complete on rest of the respondents but no one has entered appearance on their behalf.

List again on 23.2.2024.
