As per office report, Ld.Counsel for the petitioner has neither taken fresh steps nor filed fresh particulars in respect of respondent Nos.2-4 and 6 and also defects have not size the substitution the Application for substitution filed in respect of respondent Nos.5, 7-10, 12 and 16 (Dead), despite

last opportunity having been granted. However, Ld. Counsel for the petitioner submits that he has already taken fresh steps alongwith fresh particulars in respect of the said unserved respondents. He further submits that defects have also been cured in the Application for substitution. Registry to verify. If fresh steps alongwith fresh particulars have been taken and defects have been cured as submitted above, process as per rules and list on 2.11.2023 else Registry to process the matter for listing before the Hon'ble Judge in Chambers for necessary directions.
