^erifed Respondent Nos. 1 to 5 and 7 to 19 have already filed counter fidavit.

Despite due service on respondent No.20, there is no appearance.

Vakalatnama filed on behalf of respondent No.6 is defective. Two weeks time, is granted to cure the defects and four weeks time, is granted to file counter affidavit.

Subject to curing such defects and after expiry of four weeks, the matter be processed for listing before the Hon'ble Court, as per rules.
