UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
Heard Mr. Gopal Shankaranarayanan, learned counsel for the petitioners, Mr. Ajit Kumar Sinha, learned senior counsel for the Union of India and Mr. Vikas Singh, learned senior counsel along with Mr. Gaurav Sharma, learned counsel for the Medical Council of India .
In the course of hearing, both the sides have given certain suggestions, the same shall be addressed to on 2 nd May.
Let a copy of the petition be served on the Mr. Ravindra Agarwal, learned counsel who ordinarily appears for the University Grants Commission.
