Counsel for unserved respondents have not filed the Counter Affidavit so far.

Service of show cause notice is not complete on Respondent Nos. 10, 12 to 16, 25, 27, 35 and 100 in SLP(C) No. 16169 of 2012. Service of show cause notice is complete in SLP(C) 16170 of 2012.
