The learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that his actual date of birth is 07.08.1978 and even going by the date of marriage, as originally declared by the petitioner, it was on 21.08.1999, after attaining the age of 21

Reason:

It is also submitted that in the case of four others, whose details are furnished at Pages 35 to 42, the relaxation has been granted, but the same is denied only to the petitioner. It is

also submitted that the the petitioner had actually been working with the Forest Department as a daily wager ever since the age of 15 years.

In view of the above submissions, issue notice, returnable on 19.07.2017.

It is further submitted that even after termination from the regular appointment as a Forest Guard, he is working as a daily wager. If that is so, the status quo, as on today, will continue until further orders.
