Without expressing any opinion on merits, we direct that proceedings in H.M.A. No.221 of 2015 titled "Amit Kumar Rathaur Vs. Archana Singh" on the file of Ms. Reena Singh Nag, Additional Principal Judge, (West District) Family Court, Tis Hazari Court, Delhi shall stand transferred to the Family Court at District Deoria, Uttar Pradesh, for hearing and disposal in accordance with law. If the parties seek mediation, the transferee court may explore the possibility of an amicable settlement through mediation. Records shall be sent by court where proceedings are pending to the transferee court forthwith.

The Registry to transmit a copy of this order to the courts concerned. Parties to appear before the transferee court on Monday, 1st, May, 2017.

The transfer petition is, accordingly, allowed with the above direction.
