Mr. Atul Nigam, learned counsel and Mr. Shvama Vats, Sr. $2.$ Manager from the Insurance Company submits that the respondent is prepared to pay a further sum of Rupees Five Lakhs And Fifty Thousand in SLP (C) No(s).12602/2021 and Rupees Six Lakhs And Fifty Thousand in SLP(C) No.12603/2021 to the petitioner(s) [claimant(s)] respectively as full and final compensation, over and above the Awarded sum by the High Court. This additional sum is acceptable to the claimants as submitted by Mr. Nanda Kumar K.B., learned counsel for the petitioners (claimants).

3. In view of above, the matters stand disposed of by directing the respondent – Insurance Company to deposit the additional sum of Rupees Five Lakhs And Fifty Thousand [in SLP (C) No(s).12602/2021] and Rupees Six Lakhs And Fifty Thousand [SLP(C) No.12603/2021] with the MACT, Ranebennur within four weeks from today. Thereafter, the deposited sum be released to the petitioners (claimants), by the Tribunal.

4. The matters stand disposed of in terms of the Award.

5. Court fee be refunded as per rules.
