UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

Delay condoned.

Issue notice returnable within four weeks.

There shall be stay of the impugned judgment subject to

the condition that the petitioner deposits the disputed amount of compensation awarded for "Phot Kharab-A" & "Phot Kharab-B" as the case may be, with the reference Court within a period of eight weeks from today. The reference Court shall invest the said amount with the nationalised bank in a interest bearing account and the same shall abide by the final outcome of the special leave petition.
