The contempt petitions abovementioned were listed before the Hon'ble Court on

10th August, 2015 when the Court was pleased to pass the following order:

"Learned counsel for the petitioners says that in so far as alleged contemnor No. 22 is concerned, he will be filing rejoinder affidavit within four weeks. Learned counsel appearing for the remaining alleged contemnors says that he will be filing reply within four weeks. Rejoinder, if any, be filed within four weeks thereafter. List the matters after eight weeks. The alleged contemnors need not be present on the next date of hearing."

CONTEMPT PETITION (CIVIL) NOS. 184198 OF 2015

It is submitted for the information of the Hon'ble Court that pursuant to aforesaid order dated 10.08.2015, Ms. Abha R. Sharma, Advocate has filed rejoinder affidavit to the affidavit in reply filed by contemnor No. 22 which is being circulated before the Hon'ble Court with this report.

It is further submitted that Mr. Nishant R. Katneshwarkar, Advocate has on 08.09.2015 filed counter affidavit in reply to the rejoinder affidavit. Mr. Yadav Narendra Singh, Advocate has filed affidavit in reply alongwith vakalatnama/appearance on behalf of the alleged contemnor Nos. 13 and 621 but he has not filed Power of Attorney on behalf of alleged contemnor Nos. 12 and 13. The counter affidavit and affidavit in reply are being circulated before the Hon'ble Court.

Service of notice is not complete on alleged contemnor 4 and 5.

CONTEMPT PETITION (CIVIL) NOS. 219281 OF 2015

It is submitted for the information of the Hon'ble Court that there are 60 alleged contemnors in these contempt petitions. Mr. Yadav Narendra Singh, Advocate has filed reply affidavit and vakalatnama/appearance on behalf of the alleged contemnor Nos. 260 but he has not filed Power of Attorney on behalf of alleged contemnor No. 26. The reply affidavit is being circulated before the Hon'ble Court.

Service of notice is not complete on alleged contemnor No. 1.

CONTEMPT PETITION (CIVIL) NOS. 204217 OF 2015

It is submitted for the information of the Hon'ble Court that there are seven alleged contemnors in these contempt petitions. Mr. Yadav Narendra Singh, Advocate has filed reply affidavit alongwith vakalatnama/appearance on behalf of alleged Contemnor Nos. 1 to 4. Reply affidavit is being circulated before the Hon'ble Court.
